Ryan Peterson is a Partner in CF Board’s Johannesburg office, specializing in board-level search, succession planning, and leadership development for the Funds and Investment industry. He advises organizations on board effectiveness, governance communication, and cultural transformation, ensuring leadership teams are equipped to navigate industry challenges and investor expectations.
He works with asset managers, private equity firms, and institutional investors to develop board training programs, leadership coaching strategies, and governance best practices.
Prior to joining CF Board, Ryan held senior institutional client engagement & communications roles at Allianz Global Investors and J.P. Morgan Asset Management, where he worked closely with senior executives and board members on governance communication and leadership alignment. His in-depth knowledge of the funds industry enables him to provide strategic guidance at the board level, developing leadership skills and helping clients strengthen investor relations.
